Reviews and Ratings
I had a lovely six-night stay at Urso Hotel & Spa. The staff were genuinely friendly and attentive, making me feel pampered (I especially appreciated the welcome treat!). My room was quiet and spacious, although the water temperature in the shower fluctuated at times. The spa was a highlight, with a steam room and various relaxation areas which helped transition from exploring the city to relaxing in the evening. However, I did have a disappointing experience with breakfast (some items felt cold and uninviting).
My stay at Urso Hotel & Spa was a good experience. The atmosphere is stylish and invites relaxation, but I did encounter issues with ordering enough filtered water during my stay. The location is perfect for exploring the main attractions without being in the thick of the tourist chaos, which I appreciated immensely.
I had a good stay at Urso Hotel & Spa. The location is perfect for exploring Madrid, being centrally situated yet in a quieter area. However, my room had some lighting issues that made it challenging to navigate in the evening. Overall, it was a lovely experience, and I'd recommend it.
I recently had a one-night stay at the URSO Hotel, and while I was quite impressed by the hotel's stunning design and the thoughtful gestures from the staff, there were a couple of hiccups that kept me from fully enjoying my visit. I experienced a mix-up with my room service request and while the hotel did their best to accommodate me, the overall arrangement could have been smoother. The beautiful decor and helpful staff certainly brought much charm to my stay. but a few operational quirks stood out too.
I had a really special stay at Urso Hotel & Spa, A Small Luxury Hotel Of The World. The central location made it a perfect base for exploring Madrid, as I was within walking distance of major attractions like Sol and Plaza Mayor. While the staff was really good and welcoming, I did encounter some hidden costs during my visit that took me by surprise. Overall, it was a good experience but came with a few challenges.
